The Office of Communications is responsible for providing accurate, transparent and timely information about the Department and its facilities to inquiring members of the media. The team assists media in understanding Florida's correctional system, facilitates media engagement at institutional events and coordinates inmate interviews in line with FDC policy and state laws.
