Cash payments can be made at any retail location offering CheckFreePay services. You will first need to create a payment voucher. Visit https://correctpay.com/florida and select “Pay with cash using CheckFreePay” before visiting a CheckFreePay retail location.

Money Order

Money Order, Cashier’s Check, or Certified Bank Draft

Make the money order, cashier’s check, or certified bank drafts payable to CorrectPay and mail with a CorrectPay deposit slip to FL Court Ordered Payment, P.O. Box 25009, Bradenton, FL 34206-5009. Be sure to print your first/last name and DC number on the front of the money order, cashier’s check, or certified bank draft. DON’T FORGET to include your completed and legible CorrectPay deposit slip.

Through June 30, 2024, JPAY will accept the JPAY money order deposit form with payments made payable to JPAY and mailed to JPAY at the address on the form.

VICTIMS OF CRIMES RECEIVING COPS PAYMENTS



Recipients of court ordered payments will receive their funds via paper check (see check image attached) as the default method.

As an alternate payment method, the Florida Department of Corrections/Court Ordered Payment System can issue your funds electronically. If you would like to receive your restitution payment digitally, please follow these steps to opt-in:

  1. Visit https://processing.network/registration/fdc/.
  2. Complete the forms with your personal information including name, address, and the details provided on your most recent COPS check.
  3. Log in and set up your preferences for receiving funds digitally (e.g. banking information). From that point on, future payments will be processed digitally, based on the COPS payment schedule.
  4. Receive your funds!
