Florida Department of Corrections to Host Veterans Job Fair

OCALA, Fla. – Florida Women’s Reception Center, Lowell Correctional Institution and Marion Correctional Institution will be hosting a recruitment event at Ocala Live Stock Pavilion.

WHAT: The Florida Department of Corrections is seeking qualified individuals to join our agency. Please bring the following items: driver’s license, legible copy of birth certificate, social security card, high school diploma, GED or college transcripts and any applicable name change documents (e.g., marriage certificate). Veterans and current reservists/Guardsmen should bring a copy of their DD-214 or military ID, respectively.
WHEN: Thursday, August 24, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
