OCALA, Fla. –The Florida Department of Corrections (FDC) Office of Inspector General (OIG) today arrested Correctional Officer Charles Bair following an OIG criminal investigation. Bair has been charged with Sexual Misconduct.
Following the arrest, Marion County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) deputies transported Bair to the Marion County Jail. The Florida Department of Corrections Office of Inspector General acknowledges the cooperation and assistance provided by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office and the State Attorney’s Office in the 5th Judicial Circuit
