Directions: This Institution is 6 miles north of Clermont on US-27. From SR-50, turn north on US-27, facility is 10 miles on the left. From Florida Turnpike Northbound, take Exit 285 and turn left (south) on US-27, facility is 3 miles on right. From Florida Turnpike Southbound, take Exit 289 and turn right (south) on US-27, facility is seven miles on the right.

Historical Information: This facility was originally established as a migrant labor camp, but more recently housed a bait farm and beverage distribution warehouse. In 1973 it was converted to house adult male inmates.
