FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS

FDC Assault Advisories | November 23 – November 29, 2021

This is a report of assault advisories that occurred during the specified timeframe. An assault advisory is issued by the Department of Corrections whenever a correctional officer or probation officer is attacked in the line of duty. All assaults are investigated, and disciplinary action is imposed in accordance with policy.

Gulf Correctional Institution: On November 22, Inmate Thomas Graham (N70901) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Hardee Correctional Institution: On November 22, Inmate Eddie Williams (951823) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Hardee Correctional Institution: On November 23, Inmate Brian Doeinck (949914) assaulted an officer by striking them in the torso with a closed fist. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Northwest Florida Reception Center: On November 23, Inmate James Deane (R31226) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Hamilton Annex: On November 23, Inmate Steven Jackson (M58561) assaulted an officer by striking them in the face with a closed fist. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued. Medical staff examined the officer and noted injuries.

Florida Women’s Reception Center: On November 23, Inmate Denisa Alimonovic (I70465) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Florida Women’s Reception Center: On November 23, Inmate Jessica Marquardt (L92168) assaulted an officer by striking them in the mouth. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Lake City Correctional Facility: On November 24, Inmate Abraham Martinez-Mateos (F40609) assaulted an officer by striking them across the face with an open hand. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Blackwater Correctional Facility: On November 24, Inmate Jason Osborn (M08866) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately and the inmate was subdued.

Desoto Annex: On November 25, Inmate Jean Schnider (I45344) assaulted an officer by pushing them and striking them in the face. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued. Medical staff examined the officer and noted injuries.

Graceville Correctional Facility: On November 25, Inmate Ismail Tisdale (193206) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Central Florida Reception Center: On November 26, Inmate Isaac Rose (H43506) assaulted an officer by elbowing them in the chest while they were attempting to apply restraints. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued. Medical staff examined the officer and noted injuries.

Santa Rosa Correctional Institution: On November 26, Inmate Samuel Higgins (U14665) assaulted officers by biting and scratching them. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued. Medical staff examined the officers and noted injuries.

Florida Women’s Reception Center: On November 27, Inmate Byanca Evans (B90029) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately and the inmate was subdued.

Century Correctional Institution: On November 28, Inmate Kunta Porter (122712) assaulted officers by striking them in the face. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Santa Rosa Annex: On November 28, Inmate Albert Stowe (Y13361) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Santa Rosa Annex: On November 28, Inmate Lavictor Williams (V60033) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued. Medical staff examined the officer and noted injuries.

Santa Rosa Annex: On November 29, Inmate Melvin Hestle (P25648) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Central Florida Reception Center: On November 29, Inmate Antherius Scott (M74024) assaulted an officer by striking them in the face with a closed fist. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued. Medical staff examined the officer and noted injuries.

Central Florida Reception Center: On November 29, Inmate Luckner Petit-Frere (C91319) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Charlotte Correctional Institution: On November 29, Inmate Edward Fernandez (B03536) assaulted officers by grabbing them and striking them with a closed fist. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued. Medical staff examined the officers and noted injuries.

Apalachee Correctional Institution: On November 29, Inmate Brandon Martin (A11130) assaulted an employee by shoving them into a fence. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued. Medical staff examined the employee and noted injuries.

Apalachee Correctional Institution: On November 29, Inmate Dontarious Carr (130287) assaulted an officer by striking their head and torso. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Union Correctional Institution: On November 29, Inmate Javeries Thomas (C90080) assaulted an officer by biting them. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued. Medical staff examined the officer and noted injuries.

Walton Correctional Institution: On November 29, Inmate Anthony Jean (L27857) assaulted an officer by slamming their hand in a door. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued. Medical staff examined the officer and noted injuries.

Walton Correctional Institution: On November 29, Inmate Lashard McCollough (C09227) assaulted an officer. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.
