OCALA, Fla — The Florida Department of Corrections’ Office of the Inspector General announced the arrest of inmate Kourtney Ja’Meisha Ta’Shay Wallace. Wallace is charged with battery of facility employee by throwing, tossing or expelling certain fluids or materials.
