This is a report of assault advisories that occurred during the specified timeframe. An assault advisory is issued by the Department of Corrections whenever a correctional officer or probation officer is attacked in the line of duty. All assaults are investigated, and disciplinary action is imposed in accordance with policy.

This is a report of assault advisories that occurred during the specified timeframe. An assault advisory is issued by the Department of Corrections whenever a correctional officer or probation officer is attacked in the line of duty. All assaults are investigated, and disciplinary action is imposed in accordance with policy.

Florida State Prison: On February 16, Inmate Brian Long-Goode (J80102) assaulted an officer by attacking them. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Charlotte Correctional Institution: On February 16, Inmate Kalvin Youman (N18347) assaulted an officer by attacking them. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Tomoka Correctional Institution: On February 16, Inmate Eldwin Gelin (M00348) assaulted an officer by striking them with his shoulder. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Franklin Correctional Institution: On February 17, Inmate Bruce Thomas (Y60210) assaulted an officer by striking them in the head and arm. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued. Medical staff examined the officer and noted injuries.

Hardee Correctional Institution: On February 18, Inmate David Delvalle (N10459) assaulted an officer by pulling their arm into the cuffing port. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued. Medical staff examined the officer and noted injuries.

Santa Rosa Correctional Institution: On February 18, Inmate Terry Myrick (J33721) assaulted an officer by striking them with a food tray. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Apalachee Correctional Institution: On February 18, Inmate Sebring Cooper (L67897) assaulted an officer by striking them with a closed fist. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Sumter Correctional Institution: On February 20, Inmate Christopher Morrison (Q12785) assaulted an officer by striking them. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Lowell Annex: On February 21, Inmate Kourtney Joe (V42980) assaulted an officer by attacking them. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued. Medical staff examined the officer and noted injuries.

Charlotte Correctional Institution: On February 21, Inmate Chris Soule (265378) assaulted an officer by striking them. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued. Medical staff examined the officer and noted injuries.

Central Florida Reception Center: On February 21, Inmate Rodney Dubois (K40976) assaulted an officer by punching them in the face. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued. Medical staff examined the officer and noted injuries.

Apalachee Correctional Institution: On February 22, Inmate Frederick Richmond (X22606) assaulted an officer by throwing his food tray and striking them in the leg. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued.

Wakulla Correctional Institution: On February 22, Inmate Brandon Stocker (P31973) assaulted an officer by attacking them. Staff responded appropriately, and the inmate was subdued. Medical staff examined the officer and noted injuries.
