Former Correctional Officer Arrested
Monticello, Fla. - The Florida Department of Corrections’ (FDC) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) announced today the arrest of former FDC Correctional Officer Ladeja Wade. Wade is charged with unlawful compensation and official misconduct.
Following the arrest, Wade was transported to the Jefferson County Jail. The OIG acknowledges the cooperation and assistance provided by the Monticello Police Department and State Attorney Jack Campbell of the 2nd Judicial Circuit.
