Employee Arrested by FDC Office of the Inspector General
MALONE, Fla – The Florida Department of Corrections’ (FDC) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) announced the arrest of food service employee Deidra Gordon. Gordon is charged with unlawful compensation and introduction of contraband.
Following the arrest, Gordon was transported to the Jackson County Jail. The OIG acknowledges the cooperation and assistance provided by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office and the State Attorney’s Office in the 14th Judicial Circuit.

119.071[e], F.S., exempting all information “revealing the substance of a confession” by a person arrested until there is a final disposition in the case.
