Florida Correctional Officer Arrested
WEWAHITCHKA, Fla. – The Florida Department of Corrections’ (FDC) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) announced today the arrest of Officer Cierra Lane. Lane is charged with introducing contraband into a state correctional institution.
Following the arrest, Lane was transported to the Gulf County Jail. The OIG acknowledges the cooperation and assistance provided by the Gulf County Sheriff’s Office and the State Attorney’s Office in the 14th Judicial Circuit.
